Your donations will go towards our ‘Know your numbers, know your Risk campaign” which uses donated funds and sponsorships to organize the know your numbers Heart Health camps in the community and to offer financial assistance for cardiac testing and lifestyle modification for those who cannot otherwise afford it.
Your donations will also help us to pay for the rehabilitation of those survivors that can’t afford it, to enable them rebuild their lives.
